DENTIC CONTAINER HOMES FULL REVIEW
In my previous blog post, I was waiting for Dentic Container Homes Houston Container Home Builder now doing business as Enterprise Container Homes to come and finish the build of my 40ft Container Home.
It can be a real challenge to find a good contractor.
As of today (90 days later), I never heard back from the container home builder doing business in Houston and building Texas Container Homes and they never finished the job who said they were the best Houston Container Home Builder.
Turns out, that they never installed the actual plumbing, and all of the sink fixtures, shower, and toilet have been all just for decoration. There were no pipes, plumbing connections, or actual plumbing connected.
Additionally, we had an electrician come out to finish installing the outlets that they never came to finish.
As of today, they are still using the incomplete Houston container home photos to advertise their business and removed my watermark from their photos.
The company’s owner Ingrid and general contractor Luis does subpar workmanship and the sales agent Misa doesn’t interpret everything said.
Beware you will leave with a headache, an unfinished job, lies, and being ripped off.
It’s my hope that you don’t end up like me.
They are not honest and the trustworthy people I thought they were.
Building a container home is an investment in your future. It can be a tricky process, but with the right tiny home builder, you will have peace of mind that they are reliable and trustworthy.
I recommend avoiding Dentic Container Homes as one such builder because not only do they cancel on scheduled appointments or show up late for meetings without warning, their workmanship is also shoddy at best. They cut corners wherever possible, which means you’re going to spend more money fixing what they’ve done wrong later down the line. You deserve better than this so please invest wisely by checking out other builders before making any decisions!
