Jolea and Alvin’s beautiful Menil Collection Engagement Photos were such a dream. We met on a cozy afternoon and captured some of the most romantic images! We had so much fun taking a stroll through the park, blowing bubbles, and having a fun ride on the Houston Bikes! It was so much fun watching them take on each other in a friendly bike race through the parking lot of the Menil Collection for their engagement pictures.

Growing up in the same church in Third Ward, Houston, TX,  Alvin and Jolea have known each other their entire lives, but never hung out in the same circles, and, so never paid each other any attention,  until Jolea graduated from high school and left home for college.

Jolea and Alvin are set to be married on September 3, 2016, at the church where they grew up together, Holman Street Baptist Church. I am so excited to capture their wedding day!
